Privacy Policy
How we handle the details you give us.
This page explains what LA Handymen collects when you use this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you get in touch through the site, we collect what you give us: your phone number, ZIP code and the kind of job, and, if you add them, your name, email address, street address, a description of the jobs, your answers to a few short questions and any photos you send. We also record when you sent it, your IP address, and how you found us, such as the website or ad that brought you here and the page you sent it from. We keep a record that you agreed to be contacted. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs; it checks your browser while you fill in the form.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you, arrange and carry out the work, and keep records of the job. We also use them to keep the site secure, block spam and see which of our ads are working.
Who we share it with
We share your details with the people who carry out your job, and with the service providers that run parts of this site for us, such as hosting and backups. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We store a few small items in your browser. One remembers which ad or website brought you here, for 30 days. Another refills the form if something goes wrong when you send it. A third, set after you send the form, stops one request being counted twice in our own records. We do not use cookies from advertising networks.
How long we keep it
We keep your request and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and keep proper records.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Call or email us and we will take care of it. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text from us.
Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 18.
