Gutter clearing, booked early
$25 offRain season here runs October through March, and gutters want clearing before the first big storm. The first wet week of November is too late. Booking early is easier to schedule, so it costs less.

First visit
$25 offFor anyone who has not used us before. Trying somebody new on a job around the house takes a bit of faith. This knocks something off the first one.

No code, nothing to print. Say which offer you want in the box where you describe the job, or mention it on the phone. It comes off the price you are quoted, and you see that price before anything is booked.
Not sure which one applies? Send the list anyway and say so. We will apply whichever saves you more.

- Offers apply to the labor on small jobs. Parts and fixtures you ask us to supply are not included.
- If a job turns out to need a licensed contractor, we will tell you that up front. No offer changes that.
